An owner's sale deed and government ID are checked against each listing before it carries the Verified Owner badge — one badge per property, earned by document, not by claim.
Talk to the owner
Message the owner in the app, ask for their number, or book a visit in a time slot they offered. No broker sits in between, and nobody takes a commission on the deal.
Prices you can check
Every listing shows a fair-price estimate built from comparable listings and closed deals nearby, with the comparables shown — so you know where an asking price stands.
Built for land too
Agricultural land, plots and farm land carry khasra and survey numbers, approvals and land-use status, and are shown on satellite imagery so you can see the ground before you travel.
